Senior Concrete Estimator
B.H. Inc., is looking to hire a full-time Senior Concrete Estimator to complete a full range of business activities in a professional setting while adhering to the highest ethical standards. The Concrete Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for concrete projects, conducting takeoffs and pricing. This role involves evaluating project plans and specifications, visiting project sites to understand site conditions and limitations, and collaborating with team members to build comprehensive estimates.

As a Senior Concrete Estimator, you will earn a salary of $140,000-$198,000 yearly (depending on experience), which is paid weekly. You will also be eligible for benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with a match, and paid time off (PTO). Qualificationsfor a Senior Concrete Estimator
- Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar field, or equivalent construction experience.
- 5-10 years of experience as an estimator for concrete projects is required.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, and owners.
- Ready to learn estimating processes including bid invitations, takeoffs, estimating software, plan and specification review.
- Experience with Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Planswift, TBC, Agtek and Estimate(B2W).
