Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee major design-build highway projects across our Mountain States region. You’ll lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, drive quality and safety, and ensure client satisfaction from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead design-build highway projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Monitor construction progress, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure project goals are met.
- 10-15 years of experience managing large highway projects.
- Bachelors in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Desire to be part of a team that’s shaping the future of regional infrastructure.
