A leading national design-build general contractor is hiring Project Managers to support major mission-critical, data center, advanced technology, and industrial construction projects
.
We're looking for construction professionals with strong project-management fundamentals who want access to a substantial national pipeline of technically complex work.
Responsibilities- Manage project execution from planning through turnover
- Own project cost control, forecasting, procurement, contracts, and change management
- Coordinate closely with field leadership
- Manage subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Maintain strong owner and design-team communication
- Develop APMs and Project Engineers
- General contractor or design-build project management experience
- Ground-up and/or complex construction experience
- Strong financial, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor-management skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Open to project-related travel
- Candidates with backgrounds in data centers, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, aviation, healthcare, distribution, and other complex sectors are encouraged to apply.
