Shaw Construction is hiring a Driver Labor Coordinator to support our Morgan County job siteThis role is part driving part coordination part hands on labor a great fit for someone whos comfortable wearing multiple hats and doesnt mind long physical days
What Youll Do- Drive Superintendents to and from the job site via company van
- Coordinate daily with our labor supplier to confirm crew needs for each shift
- Perform general labor work on site as needed
- Support day to day site logistics and communication between crews
- Schedule 630 AM 630 PM
- Plenty of overtime available
- Clean driving record required
- Some construction experience
- Prior supervisory or lead experience a plus
- Bilingual English Spanish a plus
- Reliable hardworking and able to handle long days on your feet
Pay 26hour with significant overtime opportunity given the schedule
