Concrete Manager​/Superintendent

Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Salary: Up to $130,000 DOE

We’re looking for a Concrete Manager / Superintendent who can lead crews, keep projects moving, and bring the kind of field expertise that makes a tough pour look easy.

This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys being where the action is, solving problems before they become expensive problems, and turning plans on paper into impressive work in the field.

• Lead and oversee concrete construction operations from mobilization through completion.
• Supervise crews, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel while keeping everyone moving in the same direction.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, schedules, and daily production.
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, details, and project documents.
• Monitor quality, productivity, safety, and schedule performance.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, owners, inspectors, and trade partners.
• Conduct daily planning and coordinate upcoming work to keep projects ahead of the curve.
• Identify field challenges quickly and develop practical solutions.
• Ensure concrete placement, forming, reinforcing, finishing, and related activities meet project requirements.
• Track production and communicate progress, delays, manpower needs, and material requirements.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and hold crews accountable to established standards.
• Help mentor and develop foremen and field team members.
• Keep the jobsite organized, productive, professional, and moving forward.

• 5+ years of concrete construction experience , with strong field leadership experience.
• Previous experience as a Concrete Superintendent, Concrete Foreman, Concrete Manager, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of forming, rebar, footings, foundations, slabs, walls, elevated concrete, and concrete finishing.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong scheduling, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
• A practical, solutions-first approach to construction challenges.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to earn respect in the field.
• Commitment to safety, quality, craftsmanship, and getting the job done right.
