An established general contractor is hiring a Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects. This role will focus on commercial, healthcare, life science, federal, and university/education work, with both ground-up and tenant improvement experience welcomed.

Core Duties

• Manage daily field operations for commercial construction projects across health care, life science, federal, and university/education sectors, including subcontractors and jobsite staff
• Assess project scope and site logistics while maintaining strict safety standards
• Track construction progress to keep work on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate closely with owners, tenants, and project teams to minimize disruption and keep work on schedule
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout each project

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on commercial, health care, life science, federal, or university/education projects
• Ground-up or tenant improvement experience both welcomed
• Strong planning and problem-solving abilities
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent or phased projects
