(RLW) is looking for a Safety Director who thrives in the field, builds strong relationships with operations teams, and wants to play a key role in driving safety across large-scale heavy civil projects throughout the Western U.S.

If you are passionate about heavy civil construction, leadership, and making a real impact in the field — we want to talk to you.

  • Experience supporting projects such as roadway, structural concrete, excavation, utilities, bridges, or water/wastewater
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently to active jobsites
