LUX Floral & Design is seeking a Floral Designer to join our creative team! This is an exciting opportunity to work within The LUX Group, an organization rooted in hospitality, creativity, and unforgettable event execution. Our Floral Designers play a key role in designing, producing, and installing floral elements for weddings, corporate events, and luxury experiences. This role is both artistic and operational, requiring strong technical floral skills, efficiency in production, and the ability to execute designs with precision and care.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and finds fulfillment in seeing their designs transform spaces and guest experiences. Weekend and some evening availability is required based on event schedules.
