EXPERIENCE:

3 months to 1 year of Customer Service or Insurance Experience

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

LOCATION: Hybrid

Pay Range: $24-$27 Per Hour

Answer inbound customer calls, process policy maintenance requests, and update policy information.

• Answer inbound phone calls pertaining to policies issued by Beneficial Life.
• Provide accurate and satisfactory answers to customer questions and concerns.
• Process policy maintenance requests and other workflow items.
• Ability to navigate and utilize the organization’s computer systems.
• Ability to learn and follow tech-established procedures.
• Work in compliance with Company policies and procedures
• Maintain strict confidentiality.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers using standard telecommunications and computer equipment.
• Good organizational, prioritization, written, verbal, and time-management skills.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Three months to one year of customer service or insurance experience preferred
• Basic math and general analytical skills
• Excellent oral communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
• Proven experience with customers and general office procedures

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
