O.C. Tanner Jewelers in SLC is looking for a Communication Coordinator who is eager to provide the highest level of service to our internal staff and external customers. Our store is truly a Great Place to Work and is a fast-growing part of the O.C. Tanner Company.

Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
* Become knowledgeable about our stores and respond to phone calls with professionalism, providing outstanding customer service and minimizing interruptions in other areas.
* Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc. as needed.
* Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
* Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
* Educate customers on store services and provide updates on repair and service timelines.
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and CRM messaging.
* Monitor shared concierge inbox.
* Manage communication with customers regarding estimates, approvals, and updates for watch services.
* Update and maintain repair and service tickets in the CRM.
* Step in as a customer service specialist on the sales floor during high-volume times when needed.
* Assist customer service with projects and special initiatives.

Required:

* Ability to use Microsoft products with proficiency:
Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require occasional Saturdays, and/or holidays
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced store environment
* Ability and desire to provide a luxury customer experience through individual service, conversation and relationship building
* Organized and detail oriented
* Quick learner - stay well informed of business developments
* Customer service minded
* Personable and friendly
* High School Diploma or GED Preferred:
* Experience in a retail environment
