Description
Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Salt Lake City, UT.
Here’s what you’d do:- Provide customer support via email, assisting with questions, service requests, order placement, billing inquiries, and product support.
- Enter and process customer orders and product repair requests within the ERP/order entry system.
- Generate order confirmations and keep customers informed on delivery timelines and expectations.
- Assist with pricing disputes by initiating and supporting the resolution process.
- Coordinate product replacements, including issuing shipping labels and managing timely returns and replacements.
- Research, address, and elevate customer concerns as needed, including urgent complaints, disputes, and warranty inquiries.
- Support the customer service and sales teams with projects, reporting, and other customer‑related needs as required.
Pay: $ 17.00-$19.00/ HR
Hours:
9/80 schedule. Monday-Thursday 6:30AM - 4:00PM Utah time, Every other Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM.

Job RequirementsRequired skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Related experience or training in customer service, call center, or similar role
- Basic computer/technical skills with demonstrated competencies with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
