Extended Stay - - - Responsibilities:
Assist guests with check-in and check-out, answer phones, and collect payment in accordance with company guidelines;
Handle collection efforts of all in-house balances;
Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts at the property;
Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures in accordance with guidelines;
Sell the value of ESA and strive to convert inquiries into reservations and occupied rooms
