Job Summary
Part-time opening for individuals with strong customer service and the availability to work a variable schedule. Will perform a variety of duties in support of groups using the Conference Center, including greeting groups; setting up tables, chairs, catering, and AV for groups; and performing a variety of other client support and administrative duties.

Provide outstanding guest service.
Sets up tables, chairs, catering, and AV for groups using the Conference Center.
Assist conference attendees and coordinators by answering questions, ensuring group's needs are met (extra tables, chairs, etc.)
Use BEO's (banquet event order) when setting up for groups & uses banquet event orders to ensure the client's needs are met.
Assists clients with AV equipment and other needs on-site.
Attends scheduled staff meetings.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager
High school diploma or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.
