Responsibilities Check patients in and out with professionalism and warmth
Present and explain treatment plans with clarity and confidence
Verify insurance and enter accurate patient information
Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims
Manage billing, payments, and accounts receivable
Schedule appointments and maintain efficient daily flow
Communicate clearly with patients and clinical team
Qualifications Dental front office experience preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance and billing
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar)
