Your Day, In Motion

You'll work onsite in Salt Lake City, UT, Monday-Thursday from 8am-6pm-four longer days that keep your Fridays free. The day moves at a steady clip: you'll bounce between chairside support and quick resets, keep an eye on what's coming next, and help patients feel comfortable as they move through care. Between appointments, you'll coordinate with teammates, handle the occasional phone or desk need, and keep everything flowing so the clinic stays calm, clean, and on time.

What You'll Do

As a Dental Assistant, you'll help keep our dental clinic running smoothly so patients get timely, respectful care. You'll partner closely with providers to support safe, efficient visits.

  • Assisting the dentist during procedures
  • Setting up, cleaning, and turning over operatories, instruments, and materials
  • Welcoming patients into and out of treatment rooms and reinforcing patient education
  • Keeping rooms stocked, disinfected, and ready
  • Pitching in with scheduling, phones, and front desk coverage as needed
  • Following HIPAA and OSHA requirements

Required qualifications/skills:

  • 1-2 years experience in Dental Assisting
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and tooth numbering
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Radiology certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Strong organization, communication, and teamwork
  • Spanish proficiency preferred
