The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Utah Health Sciences is seeking a full-time board-eligible or board-certified Maternal‑Fetal Medicine sub-specialist or MFM‑Geneticist to join a successful academic division.
Candidates should have demonstrated competence and experience in clinical Maternal‑Fetal Medicine, obstetric ultrasound, and invasive fetal diagnostic procedures. Applicants with special expertise in one or more areas, including perinatal genetics, fetal diagnosis, and intervention are particularly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities- Interpret obstetric ultrasound and work in a multidisciplinary setting at the Grant Scott Bonham Fetal Center at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT.
- Lead the expansion of the clinical, research, and/or education missions of the division.
- Foster communication, team building, and productive interdepartmental and multidisciplinary interactions with fellows, residents, and medical students.
- Provide outstanding clinical care for patients.
- Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Maternal‑Fetal Medicine.
- Demonstrated competence in clinical MFM, obstetric ultrasound, and invasive fetal diagnostic procedures.
- Experience performing fetal intervention procedures is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and education skills.
Salary and rank will be commensurate with qualifications.
