About this role:
You will work as part of Intermountains LGBTQ+ Primary Care Clinic to deliver high-quality, culturally competent, patient-centered care to our diverse patient population. This role entails providing general primary care for LGBTQ+ patients (18+), including management of HIV pre/post exposure prophylaxis, gender affirming hormone therapy, and care of patients living with HIV.
- Competitive starting bonus
- Competitive relocation assistance up $20,000
- 36 patient-facing hours; 4 admin hours; flexibility of 4, 10 hour shifts or 5, 8 hour shifts
Minimum Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Accredited residency training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Board certification or eligible
- Experience level required or preferred
- Active, unobstructed state medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- BLS certification and DEA
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
- Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in gender-affirming care, management of HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP), care of patients living with HIV, and prior primary care experience
