4th Grade Homeroom Teacher

We are seeking a candidate who is thoroughly prepared to teach full-time in the Lower School’s elementary grades for the  school year. The Lower School teacher would teach in a traditional homeroom setting with students leaving the homeroom for specialists in music, science, art, dance, computers, chess, theater and PE.

• 3-5 years teaching experience
• Experience with lesson preparation and curriculum development
• Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with students and families
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively within the school community
• Efficient and hard-working with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to maintaining high professionalism
• Highly collaborative
