Position Overview
The Department of Dermatology at the University of Utah Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine is seeking full-time academic faculty at the rank of Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor. Appointment track will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. The applicant will see patients in clinics at the University Hospital, its satellite sites, or the nearby VA hospital. Specializations sought include pigmentary disorders/vitiligo, nail disease, skin of color, psoriasis, pediatric dermatology, and complex wound care.
Education& Experience
Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications at the time of hire:
- MD/DO degree
- Board certified or board eligible in Dermatology
- Eligibility for licensure to practice medicine in the state of Utah
- Participate in teaching and supervising residents, medical students, and fellows in clinical and didactic settings.
- Engage in scholarly activities, research, and service responsibilities based on expertise and academic interests.
