Required:

Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent).

• Leading adaptive reading workshops for 4‑7 year olds that build core skills in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage children and foster a lifelong love of reading
• Reviewing student performance data to refine your methods and identify actionable insights
• Partnering with the technology team to assess and improve AI literacy tools

• Following pre‑scripted curricula or published scope‑and‑sequence

Cultivate a passion for reading in young learners

• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Expertise in assessing reading levels, grouping students, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre‑written curricula
• Comfortable working with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
