  • Assign weekly practice material and goals consistent with StevensED's curriculum, including technique, sight‑reading, ear training as applicable, theory integration, and repertoire development.
  • Maintain instructional records as required by StevensED, including lesson notes, repertoire tracking, and progress documentation to support continuity, evaluation, and institutional oversight.
  • Communicate with families in a professional, measured, and courteous manner through StevensED's approved channels, reflecting the institution's commitment to clarity, respect, and proper boundaries.
  • Observe and implement StevensED attendance, cancellation, and make‑up policies, and cooperate with administrative procedures designed to protect instructional continuity and reserved studio capacity.
  • Participate in periodic training, review, and quality assurance as directed by StevensED, including alignment on curriculum delivery, student benchmarks, and instructional consistency.
  • Safeguard student information and institutional materials, including curriculum resources, library books, and StevensED business records, and return institutional property promptly upon request or separation from employment.
