The Division of Epidemiology at the University of Utah Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine invites applications for a faculty position in the area of infectious disease modeling or computational epidemiology. We seek candidates whose expertise and research align with or complement the work of the University Utah Infectious Disease Dynamics Group and the Division’s strengths in areas such as mathematical, computational, and statistical modeling, data science and machine learning, network science, public health policy, outbreak analytics, pandemic preparedness, health equity, antimicrobial resistance, healthcare-associated infections, genomics, or the microbiome.
Minimum qualifications: PhD or equivalent degree, as well as a research track record that supports an independent research program.
Faculty rank and track will be commensurate with experience and appointments will include a competitive start‑up package. We invite individuals from all backgrounds to apply.
