e-Learning Specialists Job Summary
UOnline is looking for an Instructional Designer to join a collaborative team that designs and develops high-quality online courses for the University's growing online portfolio. This is work that matters: you'll be a direct partner to faculty, helping them translate their expertise into learning experiences that actually work for students. The right person for this role combines a solid grounding in instructional design theory with practical experience building online courses.
You're equally comfortable consulting with a subject matter expert on pedagogy and rolling up your sleeves to produce instructional content. You care about accessibility, think carefully about assessment, and you take quality seriously without losing sight of what faculty and learners actually need.
