The position will also work closely with colleagues, faculty, alumni, and employers to identify opportunities and improve student employment outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of law school and a practical understanding of the legal profession and legal employment market. The ideal candidate will be an effective advisor and communicator who can build trust with students, provide candid and constructive guidance, and work proactively with students at different stages of career readiness.

Advise students on employment pathways in private practice, government, public interest organizations, judicial clerkships, business, compliance, and other JD-advantage settings.
Help students navigate on-campus interviewing, employer recruitment programs, job fairs, direct applications, networking-based searches, and other hiring processes.
