Summary:

Ag Reserves, Inc is seeking a team-oriented and analytical Enterprise Applications Engineer to join the corporate IT department. The Enterprise Applications Engineer provides system support and training to all system users.

Responsibilities:

• Support assigned applications, build relationships, and maintain deep understanding of business and products.
• Provide end-to-end support for supported products, identifying potential problems and creating contingency plans.
• Help to implement, deliver, and train on supported products while ensuring system delivery meets company needs.
• Create and maintain supporting documentation of product implementation, as well as test plans for patches and upgrades.
• Participate in projects related to the supported products.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in IT application support and/or product management.
• Bachelor's degree in IS, IT or equivalent technical related discipline.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and client/server technologies. Agricultural business understanding helpful.
• Strong demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to learn quickly an adapt to change.
• Able to work overtime and after-hours to meet deadlines, as needed.
