Join a fast growing multi-disciplinary design firm as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, leading high-performance building system designs. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role where you'll serve as Designer of Record, mentor emerging talent, and shape innovative HVAC and plumbing solutions.
What You'll Do- Lead mechanical system designs (HVAC, plumbing, and controls)
- Manage projects from concept through construction, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction
- Conduct design reviews, respond to RFIs, and perform site visits to maintain design intent
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
- Support business development through proposal writing and client engagement
- BS in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering
- PE License required
- 15+ years in mechanical building systems design
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam
- Strong knowledge of IMC, IBC, ASHRAE standards
Federal/DoD project experience, UFC/UFGS familiarity, Design-Build experience, LEED certification
