You will work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to ensure designs meet functional, performance, reliability, and regulatory requirements.

This role requires demonstrated hands-on experience with mechatronic systems, including PLC programming, controls integration, instrumentation, and automated test systems. You will take ownership of test architecture, develop robust test methods, and drive issues to resolution through data-driven analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Own the mechanical and mechatronic verification test strategy across product platforms

Develop system-level and subsystem-level verification plans, test matrices, and acceptance criteria based on product requirements

Translate high-level product and system requirements into clear, traceable, and testable verification requirements

Design, build, and commission test fixtures, rigs, and automated test equipment

Program and maintain PLCs and control systems used in verification testing (motion control, actuation, sensors, safety interlocks, data acquisition)
Integrate mechanical hardware with electrical controls, instrumentation, and software for closed-loop testing

Write, review, and execute Engineering Verification Test (EVT), Design Verification Test (DVT), and Production Validation Test (PVT) procedures
