Red Cat Holdings, located in Salt Lake City, Utah, is seeking a full-time Production Flight Test Manager to oversee the flight test operations for unmanned aircraft systems. The role is critical for ensuring that all aircraft are thoroughly tested, meeting safety and performance criteria before delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience in management, strong analytical skills, and a Part 107 FAA Remote Pilot Certificate. In addition to overseeing the testing team, the manager will be involved in defining performance limits and carrying out continuous improvement initiatives.
