Key Responsibilities- Overseeing engineering and technical services supporting power generation operations
- Lead and manage chemistry and water treatment programs, to ensure regulatory compliance and system reliability
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to performance, safety, and cost efficiency
- 5‑7 years of experience in chemistry and water treatment, within a power plant or municipal utility setting
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
- Advanced knowledge of water treatment systems, chemistry control, and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
- Leadership experience
