Black-Diamond-Equipment is seeking a design engineer to work closely with industrial designers on product design aspects. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and a proven ability in CAD modeling and material selection.
This role requires creative problem solving, understanding of stress/strain calculations, and the ability to generate innovative design concepts. Candidates must also be familiar with rock climbing and outdoor sports for effective product development.
