OverviewLead the team that turns engineering designs into reality. As the Electrical Integration Team Lead, you will manage the integration of electrical equipment across our vehicles, bridging the gap between engineering and production. Your team will handle electrical cabinets, cable routing, installation documentation, and manufacturing support, playing a critical role in delivering modern passenger trains.
This is an opportunity for a hands‑on technical leader who develops people, improves processes, and solves complex engineering challenges. You will work closely with engineering, production, project management, and global teams to ensure vehicles are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and designers.
- Support the integration of electrical cabinets, enclosures, cable ducts, grounding systems, and wire harnesses into rail vehicles.
- Oversee the creation of installation drawings and production documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement based on production and field feedback.
- Assist in adapting designs to North American railway standards.
- Plan resources and coordinate team workloads across multiple projects.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and engineering deliverables.
- Establish and improve engineering processes, standards, and work instructions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve technical challenges and maintain project objectives.
- High school diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 5+ years of experience in electrical installation planning, electrical design support, or related engineering disciplines.
- Strong experience with CATIA V5 or similar 3D modeling platforms.
- Experience with Zuken E3 is a plus.
- Previous leadership or team management experience is highly valued.
- Understanding of production processes, installation documentation, and manufacturing environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within international teams.
- Rail industry experience is a plus; candidates from aerospace, automotive, defense, industrial equipment, manufacturing, and other complex engineering industries are encouraged to apply.
