B.H. Inc., of Salt Lake City, Utah, is searching for a full‑time CAD Designer/Modeler to design and model moderately complex projects while working closely with the Engineering and Fabrication teams. The position is located in Vernal, Utah.
We are willing to pay the best candidate and the salary is highly negotiable and could exceed the range of $60,000 to $85,000. We also offer weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and liberal paid time off (PTO).
Qualifications- 4+ years of related professional experience or comparable experience and experience using Autodesk CAD and 3D Modeling Software (Revit, Civil3D, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Tekla, SDS, Inventor, etc.).
- Preferred knowledge and experience:
- Civil design and detailing and survey plat drafting.
- Architectural and structural design using Revit or other similar software.
- Structural steel fabrication detailing and API/ASME tank and pressure vessel detailing.

ResponsibilitiesAs a CAD Designer/Modeler, you will: work on a range of projects, gather details and communicate with engineering, survey, VDC, and fabrication teams; prepare 3D models, drafted plans and details, following design codes and regulations; create drafting models using CAD and 3D software; identify and address potential issues; assist engineering teams with Civil3D designs, structural layouts, building and equipment models, 3D coordination models, structural steel fabrication plans, and tank or process equipment designs using Inventor, Civil3D, Revit, or Solid Works.
