The role serves as a primary on-site liaison between construction and engineering teams, managing technical information and ensuring field questions are resolved. Candidates should have a Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Engineering and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include Professional Engineering and/or PMP registration.

Strong knowledge of construction drawings and effective communication skills are essential.
