Duties and Responsibilities:

• Installation:
  Install and configure electrical and electronic systems according to project specifications
• Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT):
  Perform FAT to validate the functionality of machinery and equipment against design requirements
• System Upgrades:
  Upgrade electrical and electronic systems to enhance performance and incorporate new features
• Design Assistance:
  Support the engineering team in designing electrical and electronic equipment that meets customer needs
• System Analysis:
  Analyze system performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Troubleshooting:
  Diagnose complex system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
• Technical Documentation:
  Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system assembly and operation.
• Maintenance Quality Performance:
  Ensure the consistent quality performance of electrical systems through regular maintenance, calibration, and testing to meet operational standards.
• Quality Assurance:
  Inspect electrical systems to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
• Training and Standards Development:
  Train machine operators on the proper use of electrical and electronic systems and develop maintenance standards to ensure long-term system reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Control or Industrial Engineering, a plus
• 4 years of experience on corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance in equipment and automated machinery, as a field service technician or in a production plant.
• This experience must include handling, operation and troubleshooting on Pick and Place, Dispensing and Screwing.
• Also includes Vision Control system understanding and programming.
• Robotics arms use for welding, material handling and assembly.
