As a Building Project Manager for Autonomous Buildings, you will be responsible for the project planning, coordination, and implementation of Passive Logic technology at our partners and their real estate portfolios across the EU. You will work closely with our corporate partners, installation companies, end-users, and other key stakeholders to ensure a seamless implementation of Passive Logic technology.

• Oversee the integration and coordination of building automation systems
• Work collaboratively with other building project managers to implement projects on-site and ensure compliance with planning specifications
• Manage sales support and engineering
• Engage with end-users, VARs, MSIs, and installation companies to support project preparation and technical design
• Act as a central feedback interface
• Collaborate with external partners and our internal teams to provide key insights to Passive Logic’s leadership, improving product performance and implementation strategies
• Ensure smooth project execution
• Manage project timelines, coordinate on-site activities, and proactively address challenges to maintain project efficiency

• Proven experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years in building project management (particularly in the building sector, commercial real estate, or HVAC), in automation, robotics, mechatronics, or related fields
• Strong understanding of building automation systems and their planning
• Experience in technical sales support—including supporting partners and customers in project planning, engineering, and implementation
• German or Dutch language skills (and English)
• Exceptional communication skills:
  Strong team capabilities with a collaborative and interpersonally strong communication style
• Organized and strategic:
  Strong technical and project coordination skills with the ability to oversee all phases of project implementation while solving technical challenges
