We are hiring a FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME Mechanical VDC Designer/Drafter to work with our Project Manager. The role involves preparing complex and original designs that require a high degree of precision using Revit, developing and maintaining drafting standards and procedures, and supporting project-associated relationships. The position offers full-time opportunities for growth and development within the active project lifecycle.

This is not a remote position.

• Develop Revit system designs and documentation
• Use design and modeling software to support requests during pursuit and award of plumbing & HVAC projects
• Collaborate with estimators, project managers, engineers, BIM modelers, architects, and clients
• Determine proper elements and scale for construction sites
• Gather and analyze data on costs, materials, and labor
• Meet deadlines while modeling the company’s standard of quality
• Support the Project Manager with additional tasks as needed

• Proficient experience or knowledge in Autodesk Revit software
• Bachelor’s degree or attending school in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields preferred
• 1‑2 years of HVAC design experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
• Time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to understand technical drawings and plans and create verifiable reports and exhibits
• Keen attention to detail
