B.H. Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Licensed Professional Land Surveyor to oversee the survey efforts of field crews, survey techs, crew chiefs, and other staff for surveying work performed within BHI. The surveyor will also be responsible for reviewing, signing, and stamping any documents required to meet project requirements, including boundary surveys, legal descriptions, ROWs and easement descriptions, as-built certifications, field notes, survey reporting, and more.
The Licensed Professional Land Surveyor will train field crews on the proper use of survey equipment, proper survey methods, data collection procedures, draft survey plats, survey reporting, and setup of survey control. Our Licensed Professional Land Surveyor earns a salary of $100,000 to $170,000 per year (DOE), paid weekly while employed. We offer great benefits, including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with a match, and paid time off (PTO).
Qualifications- Professional Land Surveyor License in one or more states.
- Ability to license in states where BHI operates regularly.
- Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in a survey degree accepted by state licensing boards.
- Good communication skills.
- 5-10 years of experience in a related field.
