Licensed Professional Land Surveyor – B.H. Inc.
B.H. Inc. seeks a full-time Licensed Professional Land Surveyor to oversee survey efforts of field crews, survey technicians, and crew chiefs. The role involves reviewing, signing, and stamping documents such as boundary surveys, legal descriptions, ROWs and easements, as-built certifications, field notes, and survey reports. The surveyor will train crews on proper use of survey equipment, data collection methods, survey control setup, and oversee drafted survey plats and reporting.
The position offers a salary range of $100,000 to $170,000 per year (DOE) and weekly pay, along with benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, and paid time off (PTO).
• Oversee survey operations of field crews, technicians, and crew chiefs within B.H. Inc.
• Review, sign, and stamp all survey documentation required for project compliance.
• Train field crews on the correct use of survey equipment and methodologies.
• Supervise the preparation of drafted survey plats and oversee accurate survey reporting.
• Ensure proper setup and maintenance of survey control systems.
- Professional Land Surveyor License in one or more states.
- Ability to license in states where B.H. Inc. operates regularly.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in surveying or a related field accepted by state licensing boards.
- Strong communication skills.
- 5–10 years of experience in a related field.
