Civil or Structural Engineer (PE/EIT)

B.H. Inc., of Vernal, Utah, is searching for a full‑time engineer to plan and design moderate to complex projects. The position is available in either our North Salt Lake City or Logan office.

• Salary range: $90,000 to $110,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)

• Gather project details and communicate requirements with owners, sub‑consultants, permitting agencies, and construction teams.
• Perform engineering calculations and create construction plans and details.
• Follow design codes, governmental regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain engineering models using Civil 3D, Revit, Risa 3D, Enercalc, Autodesk Storm & Sanitary Analysis, and related software.
• Identify and address potential issues promptly to keep projects on schedule.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering Team to meet project goals and objectives.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience, or comparable experience.
• Passing of Fundamentals of Engineering Exam; desire or willingness to achieve Professional Engineering Exam certification.
• Knowledge of project management delivery process tools.
• Experience designing with Revit and Civil 3D preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and additional software (e.g., Risa 3D, Enercalc, Autodesk Storm & Sanitary Analysis) desirable.
