  • Collaborate across the value chain, including Concentrator, Tailings, Smelter, Refinery, and Production Support teams, to align operational constraints and business requirements
  • Monitor planning activities, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations that support business objectives
  • Communicate mine plans, planning outcomes, and technical concepts clearly to operational and technical stakeholders
  • Develop mine and waste dump plans that balance long‑term value creation with short‑term operational commitments
About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 4+ years of experience in mine planning within large‑scale open pit mining operations, complex mining environments, or integrated production value chains
  • Strong understanding of mine planning, mine design, production scheduling, and mining principles
  • Experience using mine planning, design, or scheduling tools; experience with Mine Plan 3D, Deswik, MPSO, COMET, or similar platforms will be highly valued
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary reflective of your skills and experience with an annual incentive bonus
  • Access to top‑tier family‑friendly health programs including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, life insurance coverage, and various voluntary benefits
  • Excellent retirement plan including up to 6% defined company contribution and a generous 401(k) matching program
  • Attractive share ownership plan
  • Comprehensive leave policies which cover all the moments that matter in life, including paid time off, paid holidays, and paid bereavement leave
  • A generous parental leave policy, which ensures you are able to spend quality time with your new family
