Head Of Engineering

The Head Of Engineering is accountable for the reliability, performance, and conformity of mechanical components used in heavy industrial equipment operating in demanding environments. The position oversees external manufacturing partners, ensures technical validation of suppliers, controls production methods, and defines the long-term development strategy for component portfolios. The role also leads the resolution of quality issues through to completion, validates critical technical choices, and plays a direct role in strengthening the robustness and competitiveness of the overall product offering.

Requirements Profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, or equivalent experience (minimum 7–10 years).
• Strong background in industrial manufacturing processes such as casting, forging, machining, thermal treatments, and component life-cycle management.
• Solid experience in quality analysis and failure investigation within mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to work with international suppliers and develop new industrial partnerships.
• Recognized technical authority with strong leadership, autonomy, and execution focus.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
