Job Title
Design high-pressure steel natural gas pipelines for the Feeder-Line Replacement program.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards, including Code of Federal Regulations Part 192.
Provide technical and design support for pipeline routing, layout, and valve placement.
Design pipeline crossings for rivers, interstates, and highways using open dig or trenchless construction methods.
Conduct engineering analyses of pipeline stress from internal pressure, external loads, thermal expansion, soil loads, and seismic effects.
Specify pipe materials and coatings and procure materials.
Prepare and submit engineering documentation, including calculations, forms, and checklists.
Track project schedules and monitor budgets.
Develop pressure test procedures and support commissioning activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design drafting, right-of-way agents, cathodic protection engineers, and environmental specialists.

Duration: 12 Months
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering from an accredited college.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Foundational understanding of high-pressure steel pipeline materials and construction practices.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, communication tools, and engineering analysis software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
