Process Engineer – After Sales Service

Responsibilities

• Develop, track, and report KPIs/metrics; analyze trends, elevate issues, and support data‑driven decision‑making
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools to eliminate waste, reduce variation, and improve process flow
• Apply structured problem‑solving methodologies (DMAIC, 5 Whys, root cause analysis) and basic data analytics to resolve process and performance issues
• Lead and support Lean activities including Kaizen events, 5S/6S, visual management, and process/value stream mapping to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Maintain and improve manufacturing and service processes, including sustaining engineering changes and supporting product/process updates
• Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), deviations, and validation activities including development of basic test methods
• Provide hands‑on troubleshooting support and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering, Service) to resolve issues

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience required
• Preferably in manufacturing or after sales service environment
• Moderate proficiency in Lean Six Sigma (LSS), DMAIC, Kaizen, and 5S/6S methodologies;
  Green Belt certification highly preferred
• Knowledge of regulated manufacturing/service processes and quality systems
• Moderate proficiency in Power BI (i.e. creating dashboards, reports, charts, graphs, data visualization, etc.)
• Familiarity with CAD software; experience or training in SAP/Power BI
