Work hours:

M - F day shift. Flexible on hours

• Provide technical skill, analytical testing, and engineering support for materials analysis and technology development activities for various medical device products. Support current products in roles of quality, research & development, pilot-scale manufacturing, supply continuity, and cost improvement.
• Focus will be on materials analysis and thermomechanical testing using instruments in the lab.
• Execute technical and cross-functional project work

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM major (Examples: Chemistry, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, materials science).
• Experience / understanding of working in a lab. Lab work experience a strong plus.
• Ability to write detailed technical protocols and reports.
• Strong communication skills
• Strong ability to learn
• Has a preference for candidates with hands-on chemistry, synthesis, or analysis experience / relevant degree
