Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) seeks a Plant Optimization Engineer for its Salt Lake City corrugated plant. The POE program targets recent engineering graduates (0–2 years) in a rotational training track to develop them into future leaders within PCA.
The two-year program emphasizes hands-on engineering, process optimization projects, and cross-department exposure. Upon completion, engineers transition into full-time roles at PCA locations with growth paths into Production or Maintenance
