Transportation Engineer – Salt Lake City, Utah Responsibilities
- Perform roadway design and modeling utilizing Microstation and Open Roads Designer.
- Lead and manage tasks on projects of various sizes.
- Work with experienced designers and project managers as well as collaborate with other disciplines and subconsultants to deliver projects.
- Primarily work on projects in Utah with opportunities to support regional projects.
- Efficiently communicate and partner with peers, senior staff, and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Utah Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- 4–7 years of experience in the design of streets and highways in accordance with local, state, and/or federal regulations.
- Ability to effectively work with other engineers and technicians.
- Background in highway design will be helpful.
- Experience in CADD utilizing Microstation and Open Roads Designer.
Salary: $83,000 - $120,000 (annual)
