Foresight Land Surveying, a BHI Company, is seeking a full-time Engineering Manager to balance technical guidance, project delivery, and people leadership.
- $140,000 – $180,000 per year (depending on experience).

- Work out of our Logan, Salt Lake City, or Vernal, UT locations.
- Stable, full-time schedule,

As an Engineering Manager at BHI
, you will lead a dedicated team while overseeing technical execution and project delivery. You will:
- Mentor, manage, and empower a team of engineers to reach their full potential.
- Balance hands-on technical guidance with strategic project planning and resource management.
- Drive project delivery on time and within budget, ensuring top-tier engineering standards.
- Maintain a proactive, positive leadership style while working closely with divisional teams.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 7–10+ years of progressive engineering experience.
- Minimum 3+ years in a supervisory/management capacity directly leading engineering teams, managing budgets, and driving project delivery.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAE design software, engineering codes, and safety/regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
