Recovery Rep

Provide customers and employees information regarding research requests and to differentiate between researchable and non-researchable shipments.

• In an effective and timely manner, provide customers and employees information regarding research requests, match requests, pulls status, insurance status, etc. and to differentiate between researchable and non-researchable shipments.
• Effectively use the internet and other resources to research shipments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED.

No experience required.

Typing proficiency and general knowledge of computers.

Ability to effectively use scan, trace, tracking, claims, shipping and inventory systems to research and respond to shipment search inquiries.

Good communications (oral and written), human relations and internet skills.

Works well under stress and able to organize, prioritize, and process multiple tasks.

Ability to work variable shifts and weekends/holidays.

This position is hybrid in Salt Lake City UT, Monday through Friday.

Internal Pay Grade H28

$20.60/ hour
