Pricing Analyst

Mckenzie Capital (Mck Cap) is a fast‑growing Fin Tech company headquartered in Miami, Florida. Mck Cap offers underserved small businesses with a wide variety of flexible financing and funding options to help entrepreneurs acquire the working capital they need to take their businesses to the next level.

We are expanding to Utah and want to work with high‑performing individuals that will play an integral part in our expansion. This full‑time position will focus on credit decisioning and analysis for our Small Business Loans.

The Pricing Underwriting Analyst will report directly to the Director of Pricing and be responsible for the initial review and underwriting/pricing of new and renewal business loans.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in finance, underwriting, risk, or analytical roles, be comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment, and be highly analytical and detail‑oriented. Bilingual in English & Spanish is required.

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessment and analysis to offer business loans for small businesses.
• Review business bank statements and credit profiles to assess risk and establish appropriate pricing structures.
• Analyze risk factors and identify opportunities to improve the risk/reward equation.
• Evaluate pricing strategies and test innovations.

• 2+ years experience in risk, underwriting, finance, or analytical positions.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with credit bureaus and other risk assessment tools, and comfortable with modeling and risk scoring.
• Business and/or subprime lending experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel to our Miami office, including first 3 weeks for training.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish.
