You are passionate about commercial real estate and looking for an opportunity to expand your knowledge in the industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related area.
• 1-4 years' experience in real estate, capital markets or corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with changing priorities.

• Optimize client real‑estate acquisition and disposition strategies by developing comprehensive financial models, conducting research, and performing analysis of leases, proposals, and client portfolios.
• Design and build sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow, as well as ground‑up development and redevelopment opportunities.
• Provide exceptional service to clients through analytical tools and cost‑effective analysis that can influence lease/purchase decisions.
• Communicate effectively and thrive in a collaborative team environment; support client presentations, RFP responses, and new business pitches.
• Excel in a fast‑paced environment, delivering accurate results in financial analysis.
